We're thrilled to announce two exciting updates to our website: fresh info on Chapter II and, even better, our brand-new blog! This space is where we’ll share stories, interviews, news, curiosities, and much more—all capturing the essence of VIA and the spirit of our community.
As we launch, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the core beliefs that shape VIA: community, adventure, competition, and, what we value the most, diversity and inclusion. VIA is about embracing what makes each of us unique, while challenging ourselves together on the road to greatness.
“We’re all different!” - “No, I’m not!”**
This week, we’re spotlighting diversity in our VIA community, reaching out to all who may feel they bring something unique to the race. Whether it’s you, a friend, or someone you know, we’re calling out to underrepresented groups: women, paracyclists, people of color, neurodivergent individuals, or riders on “unconventional” bikes—like Allan Shaw’s cargo bike or David Sherrington’s Brompton.
VIA is about inclusion and celebrating every rider’s distinctiveness.
To kick things off, we’ve released a short video showcasing the inspiring Women of VIA Chapter I on Instagram and YouTube. And due to popular demand, ultracyclist and co-founder Ingeborg, alongside other incredible women of Chapter I, will host a special women-only webinar on Tuesday, November 12th at 19:00 UK time.
Know someone who should join? Please help us spread the word. Let’s bring more women into the VIA community!
